Shipping
All Savage California products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Please allow the following timeframes:
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time (US): 3–7 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order date
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. We strongly encourage you to review our size guide before ordering.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@savagecalifornia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has typically begun and changes cannot be made.
